The Deapura AS series is a wet filtration and stabilization system specifically engineered for extracting and neutralizing glowing sparks and metal grinding dust generated during log saw and slitter blade sharpening inside the Paper Converting industry. In tissue and cardboard manufacturing plants, the combination of hot metallic dust and fine paper fibers creates a severe flash fire hazard. Utilizing an internal AISI 304 stainless steel tank regulated by electronic safety probes, the extraction flow is drawn through a water bath that instantly quenches and settles incandescent particles, delivering high gravimetric retention and blocking duct fire propagation.
